Who we are

What we collect

When you send the booking form: your name, phone number, the zones you chose, how you found us (optional), the page language and campaign parameters (UTM) from the link you arrived through.

When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply.

Why

Only to contact you about your appointment and to answer your questions (legal basis: steps at your request before an agreement, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Campaign parameters help us see which advertising works (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it

Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form storage; EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Telegram (an instant notice of your request is sent to Yana’s private Telegram).

Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) only if you click “Allow” in the cookie banner. Without consent no analytics or advertising cookies are set.

How long

Booking requests are deleted after 12 months at the latest, unless you are a client and we need them for the treatment history.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by email or WhatsApp. You can change cookie consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
